How to use an essential oil:

There are 3 main ways to use a dōTERRA essential oil. Not all oils are made or sourced the same and I only speak for dōTERRA essential oils in my practice.

1. Aromatic-Breathe In or diffuse in a diffuser to: open airways •boost mood • freshen the air • improve focus • kill harmful airborne pathogens • improve sleep

2. Topical- Apply to the bottoms of feet or directly to the area of concern to target specific needs or to help a specific area of the body.

3. Internal- ONLY CPTG essential oils should be taken internally. You can drop in a glass of water or juice, under the tongue or in a empty vegetable capsule to support the mouth, throats, digestive system, immune system and overall health.

What if I don’t want a kit?
No problem. The kits are optional. You can open a wholesale account with the $35 Introductory Enrollment Packet and pick items a la carte. But the kits waive the $35 fee and are really the best deal (with extra stuff thrown in).
